Blood pressure readings must be sky-rocketing for soccer fans in the UK (and Alexandria!) this week!! First there was the nail biting Chelsea v Liverpool game yesterday, and today Rangers played Fiorentina for a place in the UEFA Cup Final. It went all the way to extra time and penalties...and Rangers WON!!!!!! Stephen went to watch it with the Supporters Club along at the local restaurant and I sat in work and occasionally checked BBC website for the score. Except at the end where even I was anxiously hitting the refresh button every few seconds when they were taking the penalties!
Stephen is, needless to say, EXCEEDINGLY happy at the thought of Rangers being through to the final of the UEFA cup!!! In fact, he's very excited about the thought of Rangers being on for the Quad!!
