Wild Weather

Wowee! I had a pretty sleepless night last night. The weather was wild! We must have had about 3 or 4 inches of rain since 8pm last night. There is a flood watch and the Potomac certainly looked high this morning. There was thunder and lightning and high winds...and the temperature has dropped down to 9C! Our bedroom is on the 4th floor of the house, and we back onto woods. We were pretty much at tree branch level and they were whipping about in the wind. Was having nightmares about branches breaking off and landing on the house....not good!
