Potluck photos

Better late than never! Here's some photos from the office potluck party.
The daiquiri gang

Bitch!
The wine, that is. Dawn opens a bottle of Bitch watched by POQI and Tim

Rudy, POQI, Dawn and Mr Wrong-kind-if-beer
...or maybe that should be Mr Wrong-kind-of-trousers!!

Joni and me

About to drop Dawn on her head!

She weighs next to nothing so I take it they're both weaklings!

All the team (who were there - there were a couple of people missing)

Our Christmas photos

Beautiful sunsets

Part of our welcome back gift

The beach

The view from the restaurant

Looking down the beach

The beach from the pool bar

In the Trysting Place (not throwing the butter about!)

The pool at night

And during the day

Orchids growing in the trunk of a palm tree by the pool

The grounds by reception - the whole resort was beautiful

Blue skies and blue sea

With our Bucks Fizz on Christmas morning

The tables set our for our BBQ lunch on Christmas day

Us on the beach

Us with Gaston - Santa's little helpers

Waiting for Santa

Santa water skiing in on less than calm seas

Santa looks pleased to make it!

Downing a drink to steady his nerves!

Stephen and I with Santa Deano

Wildlife. It was hovering over us eating mosquitoes and we caught it on camera when it landed.

What can I say - how true!

Its raining, its pouring....the view from our verandah during a little wet spell

The birdman of Rendezvous - 8 birds - 1 on his hand and 7 on the furniture!!

2 liddle birdies on his knee

At the bar

At the bar another night! Spiced rum and ginger in hand (yum yum!)

Rodney Bay Marina

Don't drink and sail...

Another gorgeous sunset

Stephen and his ardent admirer.
She and her husband were lovely. I think we were the same age as their children and we were duly adopted!

Me with Tamara shortly before she blew the guys minds!

In our most subdued and tasteful shirts....

Stephen in mid-shot - winning 2nd place and getting.....

.....RUM!
Our total haul for the week!

At a waterfall
More wildlife

The pitons
Marigot Bay

Marigot Bay - where the original Dr Doolittle was filmed
(Hey - Stephen can talk to the animals - perhaps we can do a remake!)

In the botanical gardens at Diamond Falls

Diamond Falls.
The orange colour is due to the sulphur from the nearby volcano in the water

Castries harbour.
There are 3 cruise ships in port and the QM2 is anchored just off-shore.

Can you imagine waking up and seeing beautiful turquoise sea every day?

Anse la Reye fishing village

Queen Mary 2 setting sail

On our last day - about to go home
